Required Permissions

Before our Plugin-Team can investigate your issue, please create a Plentymarkets Backend user, which has the following permissions:

  • ShopBuilder

    • Show
• Data

  • Log

    • API Log

      • Show
    • Show
• Plugins

  • Configurations

    • Show
    • Update
  • Deploy

    • Deploy in Productive
    • Deploy in Stage
  • Plugin files

    • Show
    • Update
    • Upload
  • Show
  • Update

Depending on your issue, we may require you to add additional permissions, on a per-case basis.
