Configuration of the Findologic plugin

Download the plugin from the plentymarkets marketplace.

Plugin Ceres and IO >= 5.0.0 are required for the installation of the latest version of the Findologic plugin.

If an older Ceres version is in use please contact us to help you get the compatible version.

Compatibility list

  • For Ceres v4.0 - v4.4 use Findologic v2.4.0
  • For Ceres v4.5 - v4.x use Findologic v2.7.0
  • Ceres >=5.0: Latest Findologic plugin in marketplace

After activating the plugin, enter the Findologic shopkey that enables you to use the service.

  1. Open the menu Plugins » plugin overview.
  2. Choose the plugin set.
  3. Click on the Findologic plugin.
  4. Open the menu configuration » Findologic search.
  5. Using the configuration navigation active you can activate/deactivate Findologic on category pages.
  6. Enter the shopkey(s) and the language(s) in the appropriate field. If you are using more than one language, enter more rows.

Setting up container connections

  1. Open the menu CMS » container links.
  2. Choose the plugin set, which contains the plugin of Findologic.
  3. Open Filters (Findologic).
  4. Choose the checkbox Search: Override search filters.
  5. Open Search Bar (Findologic).
  6. Choose the checkbox Search: Override the search bar.
  7. Save all changes.
